General terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern the purchase of products at www.lowslowgarage.com, the online shop of Luis Antonio Garabaya Ares (Low Slow Garage), tax ID (NIF) 11410766Y, with address at Zeluán 27, nave 3B, 33418 Zeluán (Gozón), Asturias, Spain. Registered with the Asturias office of the Spanish Tax Agency under certificate number 169913638220.

By placing an order you accept these terms. We recommend that you read them and keep a copy.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not included and are shown before you confirm the order.

Payment methods

• Credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard): payment is made on our bank's secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card details. The order is confirmed when the bank authorises the charge; if it does not, the order is cancelled and we let you know by email.
• PayPal: the order is processed as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.
• Bank transfer: to IBAN ES87 0081 5380 3200 0137 5842 (BIC: BSABESBB), quoting your order number. We process the order once the money reaches our account, which usually takes 2 to 3 working days. Orders not paid within 15 days are cancelled.

Orders paid by card or PayPal are processed first.

Shipping and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and weight of the order, and are shown before you pay.

• Spain: delivery in 24 to 48 hours for orders placed before 14:00 on working days.
• Neighbouring countries: 72 to 96 hours.
• Other international destinations: from 7 days. Bulky or very heavy parts may need special transport and take longer.

Free shipping within Spain on orders over 149 € (shipped with Correos Express). This does not include bulky items that need special or pallet transport, such as long panels, engines, gearboxes or windscreens. If in doubt, ask us before you buy.

When your order leaves our warehouse we will let you know by email and the carrier will send you the tracking details. Parcels are delivered against signature, so we ask for a full address and a contact phone number.

We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, weather or other events of force majeure beyond our control.

Availability

The stock you see on the website is updated in real time. Items in stock are shipped within one working day at most. If a part is not in stock, its page will show "Made to order" and we will tell you the estimated restocking time.

If several customers buy the last unit at the same time, it goes to the first one to complete payment. If we cannot supply a part, we will let you know so you can decide whether to wait or cancel it and receive the rest of the order sooner; in that case we will refund its price.

Receiving your order

All shipments are insured against loss or breakage. We recommend checking the parcel in front of the carrier before signing. If the packaging arrives damaged, note it on the delivery note and let us know within 24 hours at info@lowslowgarage.com.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with articles 102 to 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

1. Tell us by email at info@lowslowgarage.com or through the contact page, quoting your order number. You may use the model form at the end of these terms, although it is not compulsory.
2. Return the product to us within 14 calendar days of telling us, in good condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.
3. We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 calendar days of your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product. If you prefer, we can replace the refund with store credit valid for one year.

Return costs are paid by you, unless the product is faulty or does not match what you ordered.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning (for example, parts that have been fitted, painted or soiled).

Exceptions: under article 103 of the same law, withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Where a product is in this situation we will say so on its page before you buy.

Warranty

All the products we sell are new and carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, in accordance with articles 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

To make a claim, write to info@lowslowgarage.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs. We will tell you how to send us the part and, once inspected, we will repair it, replace it or refund its price.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use or normal wear and tear. We recommend having parts fitted by a professional, especially safety parts such as brakes, steering or suspension.

Customer service and complaints

You can contact us by phone, by email or through the contact page. We answer complaints as quickly as possible and, in any case, within one month. Official complaint forms are available on request.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
